Why We’re Here

You See the Gaps. We Help Fill Them.

When something goes wrong, you’re the first call your clients make. That trust took years to build.

Many of those clients have gaps you can see but aren’t set up to fill:

A young family with a great homeowners policy and very little life insurance.

A contractor whose income would stop if he couldn’t work for six months.

Two business partners with no plan if one of them passes away.

These clients aren’t careless. They’re busy, and nobody has sat down with them to connect the dots.

That’s where we come in.

A Working Partnership, Not a Lead Program

1024 Wealth works in partnership with Alpha Omega Wealth, a team with more than 100 years of combined experience and a wide bench of specialists. Together we help families and business owners protect what they’ve built, save with more control, and grow over time. That same bench is available to your agency and your clients.

This isn’t a lead generation program, and there’s no cost to your agency. When one of your clients has a need outside your lane, you bring us in, and we take care of them the same way you would.

They get more from the agency they already trust, and you stay at the center of the relationship.

How It Works

Simple by Design

It Starts With a Conversation You’re Already Having

A client asks about life insurance, mentions a new baby, or says a partner is thinking about retiring. You open the door, introduce us, and we take it from there with a one-on-one conversation. You can join us or let us handle it, and either way you’re kept in the loop.

Your Book Stays Your Book

We don’t write property and casualty coverage, and we never will. We don’t ask for your client list. You decide who hears from us and how. Every client we meet through you stays your client, and our goal is to make that relationship stronger and longer lasting, not to compete with it.

What Your Agency Gains

A fuller offering without adding staff, new revenue opportunities, and clients who are more connected to your agency because you helped with more than one part of their financial life.

You keep the relationship. We add to it.

Ways We Can Help

Pick What Fits Your Agency

One-on-One Client Conversations

When you or your team start a conversation about a need, like life insurance, income protection, or a plan for a business partner, you hand it off and we meet with your client one-on-one. We learn their full picture, educate them, and build a strategy that fits. You’re welcome in the room.

Joint Client Meetings

When a client’s question falls outside your lane, bring us in and we’ll sit down with both of you.

Conversation Starters for Your Team

A short lunch-and-learn that helps your producers and service staff recognize when a client’s question is bigger than a quote, and how to open the door so we can join the conversation.

Client Appreciation Events

A relaxed evening or lunch where your clients learn something useful and see your agency going the extra mile.

Small Group Gatherings

Coffee or lunch with a handful of clients who share a situation, such as new homeowners, new parents, or business owners.

Webinars

Live or on demand, branded for your agency, on topics your clients care about.

Email and Newsletter Content

Ready-to-send articles that give your clients something besides a renewal notice.

Website Content

Educational pieces you can post under your agency’s name.

Something Else?

If you have an idea, we’re open to it.

Strategies

The Most Overlooked Tool in Your Client’s File

Your clients insure their home, their car, and their business equipment. Many leave the thing that pays for all of it, their ability to earn, underinsured or not insured at all.

Most people think of life insurance as a death benefit and nothing more, but properly designed life insurance policies can also build cash value your clients can utilize during their lifetime.

What Your Clients May Be Able to Do

■  Protect their family’s income and lifestyle if the unexpected happens.

■  Keep a paycheck coming if an illness or injury keeps them from working.

■  Build a pool of cash value they control, available for emergencies, opportunities, or large purchases.

■  Finance big purchases like vehicles, equipment, or tuition on their own terms.

■  Pass wealth to the next generation more efficiently.

■  Add a foundation that works alongside their retirement accounts, not in place of them.

Other approaches we help with: Disability income protection, annuities for those who want guaranteed income, and investment support through a trusted team of licensed investment professionals we work alongside.

The Infinite Banking Concept (IBC)

Some clients want more control over how they save, borrow, and pay for life’s big expenses. The Infinite Banking Concept uses properly designed life insurance to help them do that. We’ll talk through whether it fits a client in a one-on-one conversation.

Your Commercial Clients

The Business Is Insured. Is the Owner?

You’ve protected the building, the trucks, and the liability. For most small business owners, the biggest risk isn’t on the policy. It’s what happens to the business if they or a partner can’t show up.

PROTECT

■  Key person coverage, so the business survives the loss of someone it can’t replace.

■  Buy-sell funding, so partners have a plan instead of a crisis.

■  Income protection for owners who are the business.

SAVE

■  Business reserves held in cash value, with more control than a basic savings account.

■  Benefits that help owners keep their best people.

GROW

■  Succession and exit planning, so a lifetime of work turns into something the owner can pass on or sell.

■  Investment support through a trusted team of licensed investment professionals we work alongside.

Business continuity is a coverage conversation.
You’re already having it.

Case Studies

What This Can Look Like

The Quick Quote That Almost Happened

A longtime auto and home client asked her agent about life insurance and mentioned $100,000. The agent was about to run a few quick term quotes. The client didn’t know how much coverage she could actually qualify for, and since life insurance isn’t the agency’s specialty, the agent didn’t know to ask.

Instead, the agent brought us into the conversation. We took the time to understand her whole financial picture, educated her on her options, and built a strategy around it. She walked away with a multi-million dollar whole life policy. She can utilize its cash value now, it can help pay for her child’s college later, and it can supplement her retirement income on a potentially income-tax-free basis.

All of that started with a request for a $100,000 term policy.

The New Homeowners

A young couple bought their first home and bundled their auto and homeowners through their local agency. During their renewal call, the agent mentioned we were available. In one conversation, they realized their mortgage would fall on one income if either of them passed away. They left with a plan to protect the house and the family living in it, and the agency became the place that looked out for them.

The Two-Partner Contractor

Two partners ran a growing remodeling company with a full commercial package through their agency, but they had no plan for what would happen if one of them died. We met with them alongside their agent and helped fund a buy-sell arrangement with life insurance. Each partner’s family is protected, and the business can keep going.

The Self-Employed Specialist

A one-person HVAC business had excellent liability coverage and no income protection. A back injury would have stopped his income overnight. Disability income coverage now keeps a paycheck coming if he can’t work, and his agent is the one who started the conversation.

The Business With Idle Cash

A restaurant owner kept a large cash reserve in a checking account for emergencies and equipment. We helped her move part of it into cash value she still controls, so she can utilize it when the next oven or walk-in cooler needs replacing, and in the meantime it keeps building.
